1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using poseur.ai (the "Site") and our AI-powered personal styling service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
poseur.ai provides AI-generated fashion and style recommendations. We help users discover clothing, accessories, and complete outfits from third-party retailers. We are a recommendation and discovery platform — we do not sell, manufacture, ship, or hold inventory of any products.
3. Affiliate Disclosure
poseur.ai currently participates in no affiliate programs and earns no commissions on the product links we show. Should we join affiliate programs in the future, we will announce it here and in the Privacy Policy before it takes effect. Recommendations are generated by AI from your preferences — never from commercial considerations — and any future commissions would not change the price you pay.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account credentials secure. We send only transactional emails (e.g. address verification, password reset, important notices about the Service); marketing emails are sent only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Purchases & Third-Party Retailers
All purchases are made directly with third-party retailers, not with poseur.ai. Each retailer has its own terms of sale, return policies, and customer service. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a retailer and bear no responsibility for product quality, delivery, returns, or disputes.
6. AI-Generated Content
Our style recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, recommendations are provided "as is" and should not be considered professional fashion advice. Product availability, pricing, and details may change without notice as they are controlled by third-party retailers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on poseur.ai, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of poseur.ai or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Product images and descriptions belong to their respective retailers and brands.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory by law. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and only for the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
